He&#039;s got some great stuff in there about the I/me duality and how it relates to the information/exformation relationship. Even when he starts to go a bit nutty in the speculative final chapters, it&#039;s a fun read.</description>

		<description>I think the trick is simply to rest frequently by not thinking for short moments, just resting in awareness. One&#039;s goals, actions, etc, will then flow naturally and there&#039;ll be less need to worry about them.

Pretty cool, really, as it implies that achieving great things is done by relaxing!</description>
