I bet small teams can definitely help you stay passionate over a long period of time, if they&#039;re the right kind of small team.  Small teams can also compete passion to death over long periods of time, I&#039;ve found.  There&#039;s usually one person&#039;s passion(s) who take precedence in the team... if they&#039;re yours, then you are in luck!</description>
